ビジネスプランニングマネージャー/ Business Planning Manager

An international consumer goods company is searching for a Business Planning Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for the preparation of the OB, LRP, Strategic Reviews, and annual budget cycles. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Research economic, industry, and competitive developments through access and study of public and governmental information sources
• Proactively identify and analyse business development opportunities
• Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly highlights and ensure timely submission to regional and corporate HQ
• Develop executive presentations of budgets, strategic reviews and management updates with high-visual quality
• Collect, maintain, summarise, and report market information related to products, competitive activities, trade information, fiscal/regulatory issues
• Develop a proper planning function within the company with highly qualified employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 7-8 years of experience in the related field with vast and deep knowledge of the Japanese cigarette market
• Previous experience in an MNC
• Strong reporting and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
