An international risk management services provider is searching for an F&B Manager. The chosen applicant will be in charge of leading the delivery of projects and ensuring service excellence for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand customer needs to support sales and training teams
- Expand services in the F&B sector
- Manage key customer relationships and stakeholder engagements
- Provide technical advice and guidance to other teams
- Manage team member qualifications in conjunction with the local technical team
- Lead the F&B audit team with responsibilities including auditing, competence management, key customer development, accreditation management, and auditor charge ability among others
- Conduct 3rd party audits for various food safety schemes including quality management system
- Lead projects ensuring they are executed to clients’ expectations, on time, on budget and to quality standards
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Introduce services from your own/existing disciplines to new clients and new services to existing clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in food science or technology or academic qualifications relevant to food and beverage subject areas
- 8 years of experience in quality management systems relevant to food and beverage, with 3rd party auditing experience in food safety
- Possess a valid qualification in BRC Food, BRC packaging, SQF, IFS, FSSC V6 (Food and Packaging), ISO9001, ISO22000:2018, GMP Plus, FAMI-QS, Global Standard, etc.
- Proven project or team leader experience
- Ability to work with an international team
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Proficient in Japanese and English
