ビジネスコンサルタント/ Business Consultant

A renowned international media company is searching for a Business Consultant. The chosen candidate will be in charge of conducting business and requirements sessions with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business and requirements sessions with client stakeholders and formulate requirement definition document for sign-off
• Acquire product knowledge and learn the business operations and systems to consult with internal and external customers
• Work with clients to translate their business processes and policies into solutions
• Engage with other key teams such as Product Management & Engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Prepare and support executing test scripts and test cases as needed
• Provide training of end users and customer development staff in the functionality of products, aligning with business process

Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s degree or above (engineering or business is preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in the supply chain, trade compliance, global trade, customs, or tariff background
• Experience working with a customs provider or professional services firm in the supply chain sector
• Strong knowledge of customs law and compliance in Japan
• Familiarity with supply chain products is advantageous
• Possess any valid certifications from professional institutions is a plus
• Proficient in Japanese and English
