Finance Director

A Finance Director position is now available at an international hospitality management company. The selected candidate will oversee the finance systems, ensure tax compliance, and manage payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Regional Finance groups to provide routine and ad-hoc operating results and analysis to leadership
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as audit, corporate tax, statutory filing, VAT
• Ensure Finance process all compliance with corporate and local policies
• Conduct timely and accurate month-end closing and submission of month-end reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, forecasting and balance sheet reconciliation
• Monitor monthly funding, do the monthly forecasting, and work with the management team to do the yearly budget
• Participate in the training and support other staff
• Verify the payroll data and pay on time monthly
• Demonstrate a commitment to core values

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, commerce, or business management or administration
• More than 7 years of experience in finance position
• More than 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience with a full suite of finance functions for a company
• Experience with both internal and external audit, tax calculation and submit
• Knowledge of MS Office; expertise in MS Excel
• Chartered Accountant, Certified General Accountant, or Certified Management Accountant designation is advantageous
