A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Head of Employee Relations. The selected candidate will develop and execute employee relations strategies, lead the ER team, and manage union relations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ER strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead and mentor the ER team
- Provide guidance on ER issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Conduct ER investigations and ensure proper follow-up
- Facilitate the disciplinary committee
- Lead union negotiations and maintain positive union relations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, labour relations, or a relevant domain
- More than 10 years of experience in ER
- More than 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in union negotiation and labour relations
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR Software
