A renowned software development company is seeking a Professional Services VP. The successful candidate will drive executive-level relationships, strategic direction, and effective operations within the professional services organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate executive-level relationships with key customers
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to achieve goals
• Direct and engage associates in the strategic vision for Professional Services
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to enhance effectiveness
• Build a cohesive consulting organisation
• Utilise resources across regions to meet needs
• Oversee the P&L for Professional Services
• Manage Professional Services for customer implementations and integrations
• Continue managing customer relationships post-deployment

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience managing professional services or other customer success teams
• More than 10 years of experience leading professional services delivery strategies for SaaS software company
• More than 10 years of experience delivering solutions related to supply chain in a manufacturing or retail industry
• Experience producing rapid time-to-value
• Prior experience in collaborating with product management functions in a technology company
• Proven experience with alternative and adaptive staffing models that drive quality and efficiency
