Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer satisfaction and NPS scores
- Ensure value realisation for clients
- Oversee user community and organise periodic conferences
- Initiate recovery processes for value realisation issues
- Coordinate with sales, PS, and operations leaders
- Manage and resolve open tickets for local customers
- Drive renewal and upgrade processes
- Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities
- Provide product roadmaps to clients
- Facilitate customer references and presentations
Requirements:
- More than 8 years of experience managing support teams or operations
- Experience with software delivery and support in SaaS environment
- Knowledge of cloud operations
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
