A leading travel security services company is seeking a Senior Security Manager, Assistance. The selected candidate will oversee security case management, collaborate with regional teams, and enhance client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key conduit between clients and security services, ensuring excellence in client experience
- Supervise security case management delivery for key clients, including direction and execution
- Collaborate with regional teams to align operational planning with intelligence assessments.
- Develop and maintain a strong security assistance network in the region.
- Provide professional management and training to security team members
- Support sales and marketing efforts as a subject matter expert for the region
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in security studies, war studies, international politics, international relations, or related
- More than 10 years of experience delivering security operations or client security assistance delivery and planning
- Experience in hostile or challenging environments in military, NGO, government or private sector positions
- Prior experience in planning and performing security assistance operations
- Understanding of the intelligence cycle and its application
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Native level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
