Responsibilities:
- Communicate client satisfaction and dissatisfaction to relevant teams
- Achieve a 100% subscription renewal rate and enhance client interaction
- Identify client needs and generate qualified leads for the sales team
- Educate clients on company capabilities and focus on renewing research subscriptions
- Increase user engagement within client organisations and ensure high portal usage
- Manage client interactions and fulfil requests promptly via phone, email, and in-person
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent level English
