Finance Director

A Finance Director position is now available at a multinational travel solutions provider. The selected applicant will be overseeing the operations and performance of the finance division. This position is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Handle finance and accounting departments' project management and system operations
• Drive productivity and effectivity of teams by enhancing processes and reporting requirements
• Facilitate all local and international reporting initiatives
• Lead cash management, cash projections, and other treasury-related activities
• Manage internal and external audits
• Establish and maintain departmental financial goals and budgets in collaboration with key managers

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in related domain
• More than 12 years of finance and accounting experience
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Strong people management skills
• Possess a valid CA or CPA qualification
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in Japanese and English
