ビジネスマネージャー/ Business Manager

A multinational surveying organisation is searching for a Business Manager. The selected applicant will be accountable for handling presales initiatives and developing relationships with existing large-scale clients. This is a Tokyo-based role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare short- and mid-term sales plans
• Oversee pre- and post-sales operations
• Organise and lead product launch activities
• Supervise junior colleagues
• Manage sales initiatives in the survey, mapping, and railway segment
• Generate and grow customer sales opportunities and relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science domain
• More than 10 years of experience working in a communicating role at a B2B business
• Expertise in pre-sales or marketing
• Skilled in field demo, analysis, or reporting
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Ability and willingness to travel locally and regionally
