An exciting company is searching for a Team Manager. The applicant selected for this position will be responsible for supervising a team of specialists that provide solutions to the company’s customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee resources plans
- Find and execute optimisation opportunities to procedures and systems to ensure efficiency
- Track team performance to ensure goals are reached
- Perform team reviews and offer coaching to members to increase performance
- Define goals and objectives for the team
- Take part in meetings and update leadership on team performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience in people management experience
- Experience in customer service or call centre management is ideal
