An international energy company is looking for an Engineering, Construction and Asset Management professional. The selected candidate will manage maintenance planning, optimise asset performance, and support capital projects across renewable energy assets

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans to ensure reliable asset operations
• Optimise asset performance by identifying technical and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Support capital cost planning by evaluating the technical and financial feasibility of asset upgrade projects
• Communicate with partners and contractors to identify performance improvements and technical enhancements
• Provide technical input to O&M engineers and Asset Managers to support optimisation and continuous improvement
• Handle additional engineering and asset management duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in engineering roles
• Experience in development, construction, operation, or asset management of solar, BESS, or similar renewable energy projects
• Proficient in CAD tools, technical documentation, engineering drawings, cost estimates, and MS Office 365
• Proficient in English
