シニアサービスエンジニア/ Senior Service Engineer

A renowned energy company is looking for a Senior Service Engineer. The selected candidate will lead on-site technical service, ensure safety, and deliver customer-driven solutions. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency troubleshooting in line with processes, manuals, quality, and HSE standards
• Apply a customer-focused and solution-oriented service mindset
• Capture customer needs and relay insights to develop new service opportunities
• Own site safety and work independently with strong accountability
• Lead and collaborate with co-workers on site while supporting domestic and international projects with 70–80% travel
• Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external regulations while upholding core values of safety and integrity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above

Preferred requirements:

• Proficient in reading and spoken English
