システムエンジニア/ System Engineer

A multinational energy technology company is looking for a System Engineer. The selected candidate will lead SCADA/EMS solution design, system integration, and project execution while working closely with internal teams and customers. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discussions and define solution architecture for SCADA and EMS systems aligned with project-specific requirements
• Coordinate with Product Development and Technical Leads to ensure timely software releases and system integration milestones
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing, and contribute to system commissioning and training activities
• Develop technical instructions, procedures, and project engineering documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for client inquiries within assigned domains and maintain alignment between end users, customers, and design teams
• Execute project implementation duties from the customer project office to ensure smooth communication and delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Power Systems Engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in SCADA and EMS system implementation and maintenance
• Experience in system integration, commissioning, testing, and customer-facing project execution
• Proficient in SCADA and EMS modelling tools, network and generation models, and display building tools
• Ability and willingness to work from the customer project office and support project-based activities
• Fluent level English; basic level Japanese
