フォレンジックマネージャー/ Forensic Manager

A multinational data centre solutions company is looking for a Forensics Manager. The chosen candidate will lead technical analysis, critical incident response, and issue resolution across the data centre portfolio. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead critical issue management and root cause analysis associated with equipment failure in real time
• Review equipment and system performance data to identify issues through trend analysis
• Conduct forensic analysis of infrastructure to improve reliability through engineering and operational solutions
• Validate data centre performance, system control parameters, and operational efficiency against design intent and identify deviations
• Assist in resolving field issues remotely or on-site
• Review compliance with corrective and preventative maintenance programs to enhance operational readiness
• Analyse employee and vendor staffing, including training, procedures, and site requirements, as part of root cause analysis
• Drive proactive lessons learned analysis across design, construction, and operations to identify and mitigate operating risks
• Assist in new market due diligence activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical, mechanical, or controls engineering experience
• Strong technical background and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficient and practical understanding of the role ITIL plays in the management of building services within a data centre
• Excellent understanding of data centre operations and processes
• Strong project management skills with experience managing dispersed teams and organisational change
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
• Proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT N2+)
