シニア橋梁エンジニア/ Senior Bridge Engineer

An international energy solutions company is looking for a Senior Bridge Engineer. The selected candidate will serve as a key technical liaison, bridging communication between Japanese clients and internal technology teams. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in power system analysis, control, and optimisation for EMS/GMS/MMS and related systems
• Contribute to best practices and implementation templates in alignment with regional and technical management
• Perform architecture design and implementation tasks to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and develop effective technical solutions
• Act as a communication bridge between Japanese clients and internal technology teams to ensure smooth collaboration
• Maintain end-to-end understanding of project solutions and connect stakeholders with relevant internal experts
• Execute design and implementation tasks with the lead centre and other stakeholders in compliance with company policies
• Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines
• Demonstrate commitment to safety, integrity, and responsibility in all business activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Power Systems Engineering, or related field
• More than 5 years of systems engineering experience in the implementation and maintenance of complex software or engineering projects
• More than 5 years of experience working in Japanese companies dealing directly with customers and or end-users
• Prior experience with Factory and Site Acceptance Testing and integration of complex software systems
• Experience within asset-intensive industries such as utilities, transportation, or public infrastructure
• Ability to learn Market Management Systems design, implementation, and support
• Proficient in server hardware, virtualisation, and networking
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English
