A multinational petroleum products producer is looking for a Service Delivery. The selected applicant will be supporting service delivery through service management and process management activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support on ERP systems in order-to-cash, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Participate in various digital solutions including support for group-wide initiatives
- Contribute to testing efforts, support change management, and provide ongoing support
- Develop, test, and operate continuous improvements to digital products and services
- Monitor and report compliance with architectural and security standards
- Resolve incidents, requests, and problems with broader digital technology teams
- Ensure the secure application of new and updated technologies into the environment
- Implement enhancements to processes and systems
- Identify and execute continuous value improvement plans for service engineering
- Ensure standardised methodologies are disseminated across the team
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in scaled service delivery roles
- Practical experience in leading software vendors or outsourced service providers
- Prior experience in operating across business environments and customers up to senior executive level
- Deep understanding of the application of modern Service Delivery methods – from Site Reliability Engineering to traditional ITIL, and Product Based delivery
- Background in Agile core practices
