アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager
A world-leading provider of energy and natural resources data is seeking an Account Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in growing and embedding a next-generation data analysis platform into strategic customer workflows to drive high-value decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the value solutions provide and the specific buying cycles of the energy and materials sectors
- Identify key stakeholders within customer organisations to present the best opportunities for growth
- Manage and maximise the commercial growth of the portfolio in alignment with regional priorities
- Position new solutions to customers ahead of buying cycles by understanding the product roadmap
- Partner closely with the product team to shape development roadmaps and gather competitive intelligence
- Represent the brand in the market to expand recognition and advocate for the data analysis platform
- Engage effectively with clients to understand business growth potential and how the product suite supports their goals
- Collaborate with the broader organisation including marketing, training, client services, research, and consulting
- Manage the business pipeline effectively to ensure accurate Salesforce forecasting
- Execute sales performance across both existing and new accounts including key strategic partners
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in an Account Management role in B2B sales of either data or SaaS based solutions
- Extensive experience in value-based selling and developing a deep understanding of customer workflows
- Experience in oil and gas, energy, or natural resources sectors
- Understanding of an agile product development cycle
- Ability to develop relationships from a C-suite level down to end users within complex global structures
- Competency in planning and executing long-term commercial strategies while delivering on short-term targets
- Proven track record in collaborating with different internal teams to achieve commercial success
