シニアセールスマネージャー/ Senior Sales Manager
A global materials science company is searching for a Senior Sales Manager. The chosen candidate will be in charge of growing revenue, nurturing and expanding relationships with the significant customers and channel partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new opportunities and exceed profitable sales growth in the Japan region
- Develop and achieve sales forecasts
- Take direct accountability for developing and closing sales within designated accounts
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and satisfaction
- Develop sales strategies and tactics for the Filtration and Sealant business in consultation with the leadership team
- Execute consultative and value-based selling with technically oriented customers
- Provide first-level technical and quality support to end users
- Create sales strategies in collaboration with the regional MARCOM team
- Manage participation in trade shows, conferences, and technical seminars
- Share knowledge and develop case histories with the Filtration and Sealant team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 8 years of sales experience with industrial products (filtration is preferred)
- Experience and successful selling through third party (Distributors, EPC, OEM, agent)
- Capability to identify and build quality network in the Chemicals, Metals and Waste to Energy industry via various channels (social media, conferences, exhibitions, referrals, distributors, etc.)
- Proficient in strategic selling and prospecting skills
- Competent in consultative and value selling skills with technically oriented customers
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
