営業スペシャリスト/ Sales Specialist
A global energy company is seeking a Sales Specialist. The role involves driving sales, managing customer relationships, and developing market opportunities. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of products and services within the electrical utility and industrial market
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Prepare sales plans using tools like Salesforce and apply effective sales techniques
- Execute marketing activities and support market development initiatives
- Prepare competitive offers with accurate technical and financial details
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering or business
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar domain (sales, business development, tendering, product management engineer, etc.)
- Experience with engineers, VP’s and upper management, and others
- Prior experience with channel partners
- Proficient in MS Office 365 and Salesforce.com
- Understanding of local EPC and OEM portfolio
- Proficient written and verbal English; business level Japanese
