セールススペシャリスト/ Sales Specialist

An international energy technology company is seeking a Sales Specialist. The selected candidate will develop sales strategies, engage key clients, and deliver on revenue targets through proactive collaboration and market execution.

Responsibilities:

• Execute annual sales plans and achieve quarterly targets
• Drive market penetration and ensure consistent growth across Japan
• Develop and optimise go-to-market strategies for regional success
• Engage early with end-users, channel partners, and customers on key projects
• Build accurate sales forecasts and work cross-functionally to achieve goals
• Conduct all activities in compliance with company quality and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in advanced chemistry preferred)
• 5-10 years of prior experience in process analysers or flow meters is ideal
• More than 3 years of industrial sales experience
• Skilled in presentation, communication, influencing, negotiation, and deal closing
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level English
