A global energy solutions company is seeking a Sales, Tender/Quotation Engineer. The selected candidate will drive sales efforts and customer relations while promoting a wide range of power solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead initial engineering work for domestic power transformer projects and business development
• Identify customer needs and propose solutions from the business product portfolio
• Expand into untapped market segments, targeting industrial/OEM customers
• Focus on sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships and understanding their needs
• Ensure positive customer experiences through post-sale processes and manage sales plans with company tools like Salesforce
• Prepare and manage offers, ensuring alignment with company strategy, and participate in project management activities
• Uphold core company values of safety and integrity throughout the sales process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering background preferred
• More than 3 years of experience in power generation and transmission & distribution sales with quotation engineering
• Proven experience in power generation (thermal, hydro) and transmission & distribution
• Business level English
