A global company in the solar energy industry is seeking a Storage Battery Sales Representative for its Solar Sales Division. The chosen candidate will develop key accounts, expand market opportunities, and strengthen relationships with government entities and investors.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and manage existing customer relationships
- Track Key Account activities in Salesforce and report regularly to leadership
- Participate in local and regional trade fairs
- Grow company market share and increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow
- Support marketing activities and market communications
- Understand the market and industry, implementing action plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Frequently travel to visit clients and explore new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 2 years of corporate sales and successful B2B sales experience
- Good understanding of the local Japanese market
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly
- Proficient in Japanese (English or Chinese is a plus)
