A European tech company is looking to hire a Sales Specialist. This position will be responsible for a variety of activities involving electrical products such as account strategies, customer relations, administration, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of sales strategies for the account
• Define, propose, and achieve revenue and gross margin targets for the account
• Lead development and implementation of the account plan and propose recovery plans for potential order shortfalls.
• Plan strategy to establish and develop account relationships
• Monitor competitor activity with the account and ensure appropriate responses
• Coordinate the use of resources for marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge and experience in the electrical products business
• 5+ years of sales specialist experience
• Experience directly communicating with Japanese industrial customers and oversea suppliers
• Native proficiency in Japanese; business level proficiency in English (written and spoken)
