投資担当アソシエイト/ Investment Associate

A renowned renewable energy company is looking for an Investment Associate. The selected candidate will support investment execution, financial modeling, and portfolio management across energy projects. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new investment opportunities including market analysis, competitive positioning, and deal structuring
• Conduct due diligence covering business assessment, risk underwriting, and coordination with external advisors
• Develop and maintain financial models to support underwriting, returns analysis, and debt structuring
• Perform ad-hoc financial and strategic analysis to support transaction negotiations
• Present investment insights and recommendations to internal decision-makers
• Support portfolio companies and ensure smooth transition to asset management teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3–4 years of experience in finance
• Excellent finance and accounting skills
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Possess valid CPA, CFA, other finance qualifications
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in project finance, M&A, or building financial models and investment memos
