オリジネーション＆エグゼキューションアナリスト/ Origination & Execution Analyst

A global energy developer is seeking a Corporate PPA Origination & Execution Analyst (APAC). The selected candidate will support the identification, negotiation, and execution of corporate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with corporate off-takers across APAC markets. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify corporate off-takers with renewable energy goals across key APAC markets
• Support origination strategies, market mapping, and development of target contact lists
• Assist in building and maintaining financial models for PPA pricing, risk evaluation, and commercial analysis
• Support negotiation and execution of PPA contracts, including preparation of deal approval materials
• Maintain internal documentation on deal structures, market trends, and best practices
• Develop and apply knowledge of renewable energy markets, technologies, and regulations in APAC

Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial modelling and valuation for renewable energy or infrastructure projects, or related business development/ESG roles
• Prior experience with Corporate PPA agreements on either the developer or the off-taker side preferred
• Strong understanding of renewable energy markets, PPAs (physical and virtual), and project finance fundamentals
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
• Bilingual level English and Japanese (JLPT N1)
