プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A global energy technology company is looking for a Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end project management, including commissioning, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project management and commissioning arrangements with subcontractors
• Prepare site commissioning documents based on Japanese Electricity Business Act
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication
• Define project plans covering scope, finances, schedule, and risk management with internal teams
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety, and quality standards
• Coordinate procurement and logistics to meet project needs
• Monitor project implementation, focusing on cost, scope, and resource efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience managing project scope, cost, schedule, and risk
• Hands-on experience with site commissioning for electrical products such as distribution or substations
• Proficient in SAP, MS Project, MS Excel, and other project management tools
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Professional level Japanese and English
