QHSEスペシャリスト/ QHSE Specialist

A multinational industrial energy services company is looking for a QHSE Specialist. The selected candidate will support the implementation of QHSE policies, compliance, and training across North-East Asia. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing QHSE policies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support project tenders by providing QHSE-related input
• Advise and assist managers, supervisors, and staff on QHSE matters
• Ensure compliance with local legislative requirements across Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan
• Coordinate external audits and ensure timely closure of findings
• Conduct risk assessments and assist in accident/incident investigations
• Develop and deliver QHSE training and induction programs
• Maintain and translate QHSE documentation
• Liaise with sites and depots to address QHSE concerns and maintain stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related discipline preferred
• Practical experience in auditing, with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess a valid in Health, Safety, or Environmental certification
• High level written and verbal English and Japanese
