プロジェクトデベロップメントマネージャー/ Project Development Manager

A technology company is searching for a Project Development Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for evaluating the feasibility of sites for solar power plant construction using existing data.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure land for the renewable power plant and associated infrastructure
• Acquire necessary consent forms from landowners
• Secure land agreements with landowners as the project progresses
• Manage interactions with landowners during project development
• Ensure all land rights are registered before construction begins
• Oversee the implementation of land contracts throughout the construction and operational phases
• Manage detailed local interactions, including resident briefings and community contributions

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in business development management
• More than 5 years of experience in land acquisition for solar or similar projects is preferred (experience in a domestic golf course or apartment land development is also considered)
• Understanding of plant or infrastructure construction management
• Knowledge of real estate and civil engineering design for land use planning
• Familiarity with renewable energy power generation is advantageous
• Understanding of legal, financial, accounting, and taxation aspects related to project management is beneficial
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess a valid driver’s licence
• Business level English is a plus
