アセットマネジメントマネジャー/ Asset Management Manager

An Asset Management Manager position is now available at a global renewable energy company. The chosen candidate will manage asset management plans, maintenance specifications, asset revaluations, capital works submissions, and improvements related to the asset portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Manage operational, financial, and insurance issues
• Handle contract management related to the operational phase,
• Liaise with neighbours, landowners, and stakeholders on operational/technical matters
• Follow up on operation reports and resolve issues from operators
• Coordinate requests for quotations, purchase orders, and payments with subcontractors
• Communicate with the maintenance service provider to ensure project operations
• Advise management on regulations related to constructing solar or wind farms
• Support insurance claims for operational assets

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in Asset Management
• Experience communicating professionally with external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Experience in Operation and Management of sites
• Technical knowledge of renewable industry (Wind or Solar)
• Fluent level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
