Head of Construction Management

A renowned retail company is seeking a Head of Construction Management. The role will drive project planning, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership to deliver high-quality, customer-focused store environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead construction management operations for store renovations and refurbishments
• Develop end-to-end project plans covering schedule, cost, quality, and safety
• Manage contracts with design firms, contractors, and equipment vendors
• Collaborate with Store Operations and Merchandising to enhance store experience
• Oversee departmental budget and resource allocation
• Build team capability and implement continuous process improvements

Requirements:

• Experience in project management in construction, facilities, or interior work for commercial facilities
• Prior experience in team management
• Understanding of cost control, contract management, and project scheduling

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working in the department store industry
• Possess valid First-Class Architect or First-Class Construction Management Engineer licence
