BESS技術監督/ BESS Technical Supervisor

A renowned solar energy company is looking for a BESS Technical Supervisor. The selected candidate will oversee technical documentation, system integration, and project execution for BESS initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support preparation of project layouts and site evaluations
• Draft technical documents for grid connection and interconnection agreements
• Manage architecture, specification, and integration of EMS and communication systems for HV and SHV BESS projects
• Act as owner’s engineer for EPC selection, site acceptance testing, and project commissioning
• Oversee project and construction management, coordinating internal stakeholders and EPC contractors
• Provide technical expertise throughout the lifecycle of BESS projects

Requirements:

• Experience in obtaining interconnection agreements for renewable projects
• Skilled in AutoCAD and PVSyst
• Possess valid driver’s licence
• Native level Japanese; business level English
