テクニカルサービスマネージャー/ Technical Service Manager

A multinational data centre solutions company is looking for a Technical Service Manager. The selected candidate will ensure operational excellence, manage service providers, and lead maintenance and compliance activities across multiple data centres.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the operation of multiple data centre sites and ensure 100% uptime and SLA compliance
• Lead preventive maintenance, repair works, and change management processes
• Coordinate construction activities and installations with development teams to ensure adherence to operational standards
• Maintain site documentation and compliance with industry accreditations such as ISMS, SOC2, and PCI
• Oversee regulatory compliance including safety, environmental, and building standards
• Act as the primary operational contact and escalation point for customers
• Supervise the delivery of connectivity, power, and deployment services for data centre customers
• Manage vendor contracts, maintenance budgets, and operational performance metrics
• Conduct inspections and lead minor capital projects for customers and internal operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical, mechanical, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in facilities or operations management
• Experience in managing third-party service providers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining critical metrics
• Proficient in using Customer Portals, BMS, and CMMS systems
• Strong presentation and customer management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel within Japan
• Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
