サイトスケジューラー/ Site Scheduler

A renowned agricultural company is seeking a Site Scheduler to oversee project schedules and ensure timely execution. The selected candidate will develop and manage detailed project schedules, collaborate with stakeholders, and monitor progress to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Define project scope, milestones, and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
• Allocate resources effectively, including labour, equipment, and materials
• Track project progress, analyse variances, and report updates regularly
• Identify scheduling risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors for seamless execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
• More than 10 years of scheduling experience on large industrial projects (owner or contractor teams preferred)
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools
• Strong knowledge of concurrent engineering, procurement, and construction processes
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level written and verbal English
