An international waste management services company is looking for a Renewal Planning Specialist. The successful candidate will develop scenarios and implement strategic asset renewal plans that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of assets, from procurement and contract negotiation to renewal or replacement.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, assess risks, and make informed decisions about asset management
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and ensure alignment on renewal strategies
- Review and provide input on renewal planning in tenders and due diligence ensuring alignment with Group Policies
- Participate in technical discussions during tenders, contributing to asset renewal strategy definition and long-term budget preparation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, asset management or related domain
- Experience in contract management, procurement, asset management, or a similar role
- Experience in asset management software
- Understanding of asset lifecycle management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Japanese
