サステイナビリティビジネスマネージャー/ Manager Sustainability Business

An international automation solutions company is looking for a Manager Sustainability Business. The selected applicant will develop, maintain, evolve, and innovate SB-managed services offers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and contribute to client management and business development activities
• Ensure clients are aware of available features and identify upselling opportunities
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary projects spanning various aspects of SB
• Develop strategies aligned with existing and emerging standards such as Science-Based Targets, Net-Zero frameworks, Carbon Neutrality
• Manage program implementation initiatives as part of clients’ journeys including resource efficiency, renewables and the use of environmental commodities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience in the sustainability or climate change consulting area
• Prior sustainability or climate change consulting experience (in-house role or a consulting firm is preferred)
• Experience with climate and decarbonisation, ESG and broader sustainability work (industry software is advantageous)
• Excellent people management skills
• Understanding of sustainability industry trends, challenges, opportunities and associated corporate sustainability network (prospect, client and industry contacts)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
