コストマネージャー/ Cost Manager

A global construction company is looking for a Cost Manager/Senior Cost Manager. The selected candidate will manage cost estimation, budgeting, and reporting throughout all project stages.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and benchmark project data
• Support development of total project budget plans
• Estimate costs for construction and renovation projects
• Propose and evaluate Value Engineering (VE) options
• Assist with bidding, procurement strategy, and contract negotiations
• Monitor costs, manage changes, and report throughout project lifecycle

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in construction projects is ideal
• Experience in construction projects (construction manager, procurement, project manager, vendor, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Excellent cost management skills (cost estimation, quantity surveying, and bid management in construction projects)
• Native level Japanese
