商業営業・プロジェクトマネージャー/ Commercial Sales and Project Manager
A global energy technology company is looking for a Commercial Sales and Project Manager. The selected candidate will manage commercial bidding activities and oversee the financial performance of projects while supporting sales negotiations and project financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial activities for budgetary and firm offers in collaboration with bidding and sales teams
- Analyse tender and offer requirements and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as legal, treasury, and tax teams
- Define appropriate business models aligned with bid strategy and regulatory requirements
- Participate in bid preparation and pricing processes and support customer negotiations on contractual terms and conditions
- Oversee project financial performance in partnership with the project manager
- Manage project accounting, cost control, and forecasting of revenue, margin, and cash flow
- Monitor project cost development, including future costs, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare financial analysis, forecasts, and monthly project reporting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS revenue recognition standards and project billing milestones
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar commercial sales or project management role
- Strong understanding of financial principles and project management
- Proficient in SAP finance and project management modules
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Business level Japanese and English
