シニアマーケット&カスタマーマネージャー/ Senior Markets & Customers Manager
An international energy technology company is looking for a Senior Markets & Customers Manager. The selected candidate will lead customer relationships, define country strategies, and drive sustainable business growth through market insight and strategic execution. This is a hybrid setup and contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact point for customers across the full business lifecycle
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer success
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, priorities, and pain points and share insights internally
- Support business areas in lead detection and issue resolution
- Represent the organisation in industry associations, conferences, and external forums
- Drive brand awareness through communications, customer events, and campus activities
- Gather market intelligence on industry trends, competitors, and stakeholder dynamics
- Identify underserved markets, growth opportunities, and adjacent segments
- Support leadership in defining and implementing country strategies
- Drive initiatives, capture plans, and ad-hoc activities aligned with country goals
Requirements:
- Experience in relationship management with senior executives and multi-level stakeholders
- Proven experience in customer lifecycle management and B2B customer success
- Strong communication skills with executive presence and conflict management capability
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, service, and project teams
- Skilled in market research, competitor analysis, and strategic analysis
- Proven ability in program management, strategy execution, and action tracking
