Responsibilities:
- Agree annual plans with customers and monitor performance
- Negotiate customer pricing and contract terms
- Ensure timely payments from customers and negotiate credit terms
- Provide demand, pricing, and payment forecasts
- Develop new customers in line with channel and marketing strategy
- Monitor competitor prices, activities, and strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 2-3 years of field sales experience in relevant industries
- Experience in project management preparation and coordination
- Strong negotiating and communication skills
- Proficient in Japanese (Chinese or English is ideal)
