A renowned electrical company is looking for a Channel Sales Manager (UPS). The selected candidate will manage the Channel sales team, develop business plans, and promote the company's presence throughout Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales revenue targets for 1P, 3P, Services, and DC business
- Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Build relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business prospects
- Work with marketing teams to sustain the brand image
- Analyse the market and provide intelligence to management
- Leverage team members to increase share of wallet in "Named Accounts"
- Develop multi-tiered relationships with customers
- Comply with bid review processes and provide bid management documents
- Maintain cooperative relationships with other departments
- Build relationships with distributors and key channel partners
- Review and deploy go-to-market strategies to drive growth
- Commit to the Quality Management System
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Practical experience in B2B sales
- Prior experience in managing and closing complex sales cycles
- Experience in selling UPS, Data Centre Solutions, Electrical solutions, or licences/subscriptions
- Skilled at negotiating with senior management and C-level executives
- Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Native level Japanese; business level English
