仕事内容
- システムアナリストは内部基幹システムのファーストレベルの生産サポートの提供を担当する。
- 内部サポートデスクの効果的な管理。顧客の問い合わせに対し直ちに調査、分析をして解決し、応答する。
- ユーザーの生産性を確保するため、顧客の問題に正確で独創的なソリューションを提供する。
- 強化、アップグレード、バグ修正などのシステムプロジェクトに参加する。
- 製品知識を習得し、担当するシステムの構造、機能性、管理手段を理解する。
- 部門の製品発表を調整する。
- The System Analyst is responsible for providing first level production support for core internal systems.
- Effective management of the internal Support Desk. Investigate, analyze, resolve and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate and creative solutions to customer problems to ensure user productivity.
- Participate in system projects such as enhancements, upgrades and bug fixes.
- Acquire product knowledge and understand the structure, functionality and administration procedure of responsible systems.
- Coordinate product rollout for the department.
応募資格
技術的条件:
- 情報技術専攻の大卒、または十分なIT知識を持つビジネス/金融専攻の大卒
- 3年以上の投資、金融分野でカスタマーサービスのポジションでの職務経験がある方
- カスタマーサービスを重視する方

Technical and educational requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or Business/Finance with strong IT knowledge
- 3+ years working experience in investment and finance field with position in customer services
- Strong focus on customer service
Personal skills:
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with the various groups
- Demonstrate professional behaviour
