仕事内容
職務内容:
- 需要計画プロセス構築 -関連部門との協調 営業、商品部、顧客、SCM、財務。
- 販売DATA、流通在庫、社内在庫、トレンドの分析。
- 販売計画、需要予測、供給計画の最適化、リスク削減。
- 営業、顧客 消費者からの情報収集、レヴュー、販売在庫投資計画立案、効果測定。
- 週報、月間、四半期、および年間報告書の発行。
- 需要計画標準手法の立案、関係部門への展開。
- 関係部門とのコミュニケーション構築。
- S&OP プロセス導入、結果のフィードバック。
Brief Information:
- Develop planning process with related group - sales, marketing, customer, SCM, finance.
- Analyze data points - POP, POS, customer inventory, SCM.
- Optimize sales forecast, demand and supply planning balance and minimize risk.
- Communicate with customers with sales account and verify demand, inventory planning and improve turnover.
- Prepare weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Report.
- Develop planning tools, process to be standardized for the company.
- Communicate sales, marketing, customers, manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, finance on demand planning requirements.
- Develop S&OP process and feed back process on results.
応募資格
技術的条件:
- 大学卒(ビジネス、物流に関する学部)
- 5年の消費財産業で課長としての勤務経験
- 5年以上の消費財産業、もしくはそれに準ずる産業での勤務経験
- DATA分析能力, ツール、マイクロソフト、エクセル、アクセス、ERP (SAP, ORCLE)
- KPI 作成、分析、問題解決能力
- 中小企業診断士、物流士、CPIM の資格 または準ずる知識
Technical and educational requirements:
- Bachelors/University degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Management / Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- Min. 5 Years experience in the Consumer Product or Industry
- 5 Year experience as Manager in the Consumer Products Industry
- DATA analysis & planning tool (MS, excel, access, ERP program)
- KPI, performance analysis
- Certified company enterprise analysis, CPIM or equivalent knowledge
