This foreign investment bank is looking to hire procurement support to support the Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese markets. This position will be based in Singapore.
仕事内容
- Managing e-procurement requisitions.
- Managing Purchase Orders (POs)
- Catalog Maintenance
- eProcurement Training
- Key Account Management: Organize regular stakeholder meetings with designated suppliers and internal business partners to provide updates and resolve any queries or issues that may arise
- KPI reporting
- Ad hoc Projects: to engage business partners to adopt P2P processes
応募資格
- High level of proficiency in Japanese language (spoken and written)
- Peoplesoft knowledge
- Team player and ability to work with global teams within the Supply Management organisation
- Effective communication via a range of tools (Phone, email, WebEx, Video Conference)
- Minimum three years rocurement experience within major blue chip organisations Experience in the following areas:
- eCommerce Systems
- Procurement
- IT Industry Experience
- Account and Finance Knowledge
- Experience in an investment banking environment (Desirable)
