仕事内容
- Provide 1st/2nd/3rd line operational support (mainly 2nd/3rd line) for all lines of Network/Firewall/Load Balancer/Telephony systems across Asia Pacific region.
- Verbal and written communication to senior IT/Business management when major incident happens (in English), using appropriate wording.
- Manage and deliver multiple, independent Network/Telephony projects throughout Asia Pacific region within proposed budget and timelines.
- Manage vendors and ensure compliance to the Corporate Telecom standards and guidelines.
- Configure Cisco routers & switches, Cisco Call Manager, Nokia/Checkpoint Firewall, F5 load balancer, BT ITS system and Speakerbus system, given a technical specification on the features and functionality required.
- Deliver moderately complex analytical and evaluative information for use by others. (reports, engineering designs, user education manuals, etc.)
- Provide moderately complex technical support to ensure availability per business group.
応募資格
- BS degree Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering or similar technical degree
- 5+ years experience in network industry working on routers & switches, Call Manager, Nokia Firewall, CSS/F5 load balancer
- 5+ years experience in design and deployment of global large enterprise Network/Telephony communications systems
- 3+ years experience of network performance & packet analysis by using Netscout products (nGenius/Infinistream) and Wireshirk
- Proven project management experience running multiple independent projects, within various countries in the Asia Pacific region
- A proven ability to design and support Network/Telephony Infrastructure
- Experienced user of Cisco products (CCIE) (Preferred)
